SAFARI produces top of the line, cutting edge software utilizing the latest techniques in Com Port communications and TCP/IP protocol. In this manner we are able to provide our customers and clients with a stable and unique system that can control a wide range of hardware and software. This includes our own expandable products as well as third party products. We also offer custom designed software for customers needing unique applications. This can range from remotely controlling a single camera to remotely controlling multiple monitors and cameras using a single piece of software.

We offer our client software on two platforms: the IBM/PC platform running a Microsoft Windows Operating System and on a Macintosh platform using the Macintosh Operating System. Static IP addressing is recommended for both platforms. The Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP) can be used when a properly maintained Dynamic Name Service (DNS) is available on the network.
